Customer Advisory Council

Have thoughts to share about our product features or overall direction? We want to hear from you.

The Advisory Council is comprised of representatives from a variety roles and departments across the MedAptus customer base. The Council was formed primarily as a vehicle for MedAptus to solicit input regarding overall product development direction as well as understand enhancement needs. By seeking this information in a structured setting with member votes helping the prioritization of enhanced features and functions, MedAptus ensures that product releases meet identified customer needs and solve critical business issues.

Participation in the Council also enables customer contacts to interact with one another regarding implementation and support strategies as well as streamlined workflows and approaches for overcoming any barriers to adoption with new users. Typical Council participants include executive sponsors, billing and coding managers, department administrators and interested physician champions.
