Rick Little, Vice President,Client Services
As the head of MedAptus’ Client Services area, Mr. Little has responsibility for the implementation of MedAptus’ software products as well as ongoing customer management and interaction. Mr. Little first joined MedAptus in 2000 as the company’s first implementation specialist. Since then he has worked closely with MedAptus' largest customers and provided mentorship to other implementation managers. Beyond his experience in leading a series of successful enterprise-wide roll-outs of MedAptus' charge capture solutions, Mr. Little also provides critical input and direction to the company’s product development cycle. He is also responsible for customer satisfaction metrics. Mr. Little has nearly fifteen years of health information technology experience. Prior to MedAptus, he worked at IDX Systems Corporation and MEDITECH, leading implementations for each company’s core product lines and also specializing in new product development and system interoperability. Mr. Little holds a BS in International Business from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
