Lahey Clinic and MedAptus Featured on CNBC's "Power Lunch" Program

Lahey Clinic Medical Center, a MedAptus customer since 2001, is a large, multi-specialty, ambulatory care center and 268-bed hospital that serves over 3,000 patients daily. Currently more than 400 Lahey Clinic physicians, clinicians and administrative staff use MedAptus for professional coding and compliance. Given Lahey's reputation as a technology early-adopter, when it came time for CNBC to feature a progressive institution on its "Power Lunch" finance program highlighting the state of healthcare information technology, Lahey was a clear choice. The segment, which aired on the July 24th episode of the widely televised show, includes Lahey's President and CEO, David Barrett, MD, speaking about the institution's adoption of MedAptus. Lahey estimates that usage of Professional Charge Capture has led to over $1 million in annual savings.Watch the Video: Click here.
