We recently hosted our first ever, highly anticipated, virtual user event exclusively for Charge Pro customers. The event had three tracks, and over 20 sessions, dedicated to increasing efficiency, maximizing revenue, and reducing missing charges. We hope everyone found the sessions valuable, and learned a little about where Medaptus is headed in the future!
Malachi Charbonneau, General Manager at medaptus, opened the Academy with a keynote about what to expect at the conference and the outcomes from each of the three tracks.
The day continued with multiple sessions, including a session titled “Charge Pro Refresher for Coders” by Bob Osgood, Senior Project Manager, Medaptus. Bob led an insightful reminder on how to reconcile charges, and where coders can find helpful information about patients, charges, and audit logs.
The two-day event also focused on hands-on training, product demos and lunch and learn sessions on our other two products, Assign and Charge Infusion.
On day two of the conference, the first session of the day titled, “Product Roadmap” hosted by Tim McCoy provided a sneak peek of what’s to come for Charge Pro over the next two years. Attendees suggested some feedback and input that will be used to guide Charge Pro.
One of the most anticipated sessions of the academy was “How to Make the Most of Charge Pro Reports- Advanced” track by Julie Roser, our guest speaker who led a hands-on webinar style session on the Charge Pro Datamart and how to use that information to make informed business decisions.
Medaptus’ first-ever virtual conference was a huge success.; Our speakers provided valuable sessions to customers and attendees also offered insights that will help shape and grow our products in the years to come. The hands-on training sessions helped customers uncover new and lesser-known features of products that they can start to put into practice immediately to improve key areas of focus.
We hope to see you next year for the Medaptus Academy 2024!
