BOSTON, MA – April 8, 2024 – Medaptus, a leader in revenue cycle management, announced today they are hosting their annual virtual user conference for the second year in a row, called the medaptus Academy on May 14th, 2024. Medaptus Academy is the only healthcare revenue technology conference hosted by experts in Charge Pro, medaptus’ EHR-integrated charge capture solution, free of charge to bring the most value to our customers. This year, Medpatus is expanding the conference for customers of our patient assignment solution that helps hospitals streamline and automate their patient distribution process to account for factors such as continuity of care and geography, called Assign.
Medaptus Academy gives medaptus customers access to 10+ hours of training, knowledge sharing, and exposure to revenue best practices. On the agenda are hands-on training, best practices, and customer stories, as well as refreshers on how to maximize Charge Pro’s unique coding rules and customizations.
The Academy is designed for users of Charge Pro and Assign, such as revenue cycle leaders, medical coders, billing and AR specialists, and practice managers, and this year we have introduced new sessions for finance roles. Guest speakers will include hospitalists and other leaders from organizations that currently use Medaptus solutions. The conference is one day with 10 sessions for registrants to choose from, based on their interests and schedule.
