When you choose a software vendor, you need someone who will act as a partner – not just sell you something and move on.
We take a consultative approach to all our customer work. We work with you to understand what you need, how you will be using our solution, what your current workflows look like, and how we can help solve them or make recommendations. We don’t just implement a solution; we actively work to determine how to improve your current work.
Before our recent go-live with our automated patient distribution solution, Assign, at Texas Health, a large facility with a daily patient census of around 500; we learned they would need a custom version of Assign to be developed. The reason? Their outbound interface didn’t use the common attending and consulting model, which is very common among hospitals. Our software is built for attending and consulting models; however, Texas Health uses a hospitalist relationship model. This new relationship model is how the hospitalist tracks the patients for whom they are responsible. If a provider had an attending or consulting relationship with the patient, they were responsible for that patient.
It is important to have a rounding model that works best for your providers and organization and is the easiest for them to use. The right model can increase provider satisfaction, decrease burnout, and give your providers more direct patient interaction time.
You can’t do everything manually or with an Excel sheet. It is important to automate manual tasks to reduce errors and ensure your providers have easy-to-use technology that helps them in their day-to-day tasks so that they can spend more time taking care of patients. We’re always here to customize our solution to fit your unique needs.
