We recently sat down with one of our long-term Assign customers, who is the Chief of Hospital Medicine at a large healthcare system. We asked:

What are your goals this year?
How can we be a better partner to you?
What do you need from us that would make a big difference to your day-to-day life?

He told us about his critical priorities this year such as reducing length of stay, creating more access to care, reducing the admin work that physicians have to do and letting them focus on clinical duties. The conversation quickly pivoted to talking about how we can help with those goals – and one key area emerged: they wanted to know more. Since they’re already using our patient assignment and charge capture solutions, we already had a lot of data in our system – we just needed to make it user-friendly and accessible to them. So we got to work.

Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Hospital Medicine Analytics—a powerful, real-time analytics solution designed to help hospital medicine leaders make faster, smarter decisions.
